Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note earrings are exempt to returns due to hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we expect all items to be returned in their original packaging and we will provide an address for you to return your package to. You are responsible for the cost of the return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Every piece of jewellery is handcrafted by me using a variety of tools. You may see marks left behind from those tools which adds to the charm of handmade jewellery and are clear indications that the piece has in fact been hand made. The gemstones I use in my jewellery are natural which means they may include interior and exterior 'inclusions' or flaws which make them so wonderful.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most of my jewellery is eligible for return as per the policy stated above however there are exceptions:
- Earrings of any type are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Custom/bespoke/personalised orders cannot be returned.
- Returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
This is not applicable as we only ship within the UK.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
